MFRCONSULTING L.L.C. was founded on a frustration: too much advisory work is produced to be presented, not to be used. Decks get applauded, then shelved, and the underlying problem — structure, cadence, accountability — stays exactly where it was.
We organized the firm differently. Every mandate is scoped to end in an operating artifact: a strategic plan with named owners, a compensation system managers can explain, a supply chain file that Finance and Logistics actually share. If the client can't run it without us, it isn't finished.
